CARE ID is building the data infrastructure that helps Korean fashion brands, suppliers, and manufacturers prepare for this transition.

Build the DPP Core Platform
Design and implement a unique product identifier (UID) issuance and management system
Design product data schemas covering material composition, production information, distribution history, and disposal/recycling status
Design systems compatible with the EU ESPR Digital Product Passport data specifications
Develop QR code generation and scanning APIs, along with backend services for customer-facing product information pages

Develop Product Circularity Tracking & Reporting
Design lifecycle state transitions across inbound, sorting, sales, recycling, and SRF processes
Implement dual-approval workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit trails
Build an automated aggregation engine for key EPR metrics, including collection, reuse, recycling, and circularity rates
Develop APIs for generating ESG reports by country and brand, compatible with K-EPR and EU ESPR formats
Design and provide data APIs for dashboards
