A Regional Platform for Circular Fashion & Asia–EU Interoperability

Korea–Asia Circular Alliance (KCA) is a regional collaboration platform initiated by CARE ID to advance circular fashion ecosystems across Asia while enabling practical interoperability with evolving EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) frameworks.
KCA is built on a simple recognition: Circular fashion cannot scale without structured, interoperable product information.
The transition toward circularity and digital transparency represents a structural transformation of the textile and apparel value chain — requiring coordinated alignment between manufacturers, brands, recyclers, associations, research institutions, and policy actors across the region.
